Food is more than just calories in, calories out. It’s nutrition, sustenance and sometimes a reward we give ourselves. Most importantly, it’s FUEL. Sometimes that fuel helps our engine run cleaner, move better and make better decisions thanks to improved mental clarity. Other times it feels like the fuel we put in our body actually slows us down.
What fuel is right for you? The answer isn’t as obvious as you might think. You see, just as we all look different on the outside, what our body does and how it processes food on the inside can be just as individual.
